Investment duration and schedule: Expected project duration: 50 years. Expected schedule of project implementation: Completion of the project within 60 months (05 years) from the date the project is approved and the investor is recognized as the investor by a competent state authority

Project location: Nghia Hiep Commune, Yen My District, Hung Yen Province, bordering existing residential areas and industrial projects to the north, other residential areas and industrial projects to the south, National Highway 39A to the east, and existing arable land and industrial projects to the west

Land area: approximately 140,580.9 m2

Land use's purpose: Residential land: 43.823,5 m2; Land for tree planting: 41.013,8 m2; Land for public works: 775 m2; Land for commerce and service usage: 1.726,8 m2; Land for transport works: 53.241,8 m2 (according to the detailed 1:500 scale construction plan approved by the Provincial People’s Committee in Decision No. 455/QD-UBND dated February 2, 2018)
