The project will also build technical and social infrastructure works according to the approved planning. - The project is synchronously invested according to land use planning, rationally with functional areas that support each other effectively, creating a urban area model that meets the modern civilization criteria, targets middle class, contributes to stabilizing people's lives in Go Cong town. - The project significantly contributes to the comprehensive socio-economic development of Go Cong town, solving labor and employment problems for the people, and at the same time promoting and attracting tourists to Go Cong town.
