Project's investment objectives: To build a spacious and modern new urban residential complex, meeting the residents’ demand for housing and utility services, acting as one of the key factors to promote socio-economic development of Yen My district in particular and Hung Yen province in general; The implementation of new residential area project aims to concretize the development orientation of the regional construction planning of Hung Yen province, the general construction planning of Yen My district, and the urban development program of Yen My district by 2030, with a vision to 2050, as well as 1/500-scale detailed construction planning scheme approved by the Hung Yen Provincial People’s Committee in Decision No. 852/QD-UBND dated March 29, 2019.

Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Each Investor shall meet the provisions of the Law on Bidding, the Law on Investment, the Law on Housing, the Law on Real Estate Business, the Law on Land, the Law on Construction and a number of other relevant provisions of law.
Investment duration and schedule: Expected project duration: 50 years from the date each investor is recognized in writing as the Investor. - Schedule of investment: Completion of the project within 60 months (05 years) from the date each investor is recognized as the Investor
