Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Invest in new construction of residential area in accordance with the detailed construction planning, scale of 1/500 approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 995/QD-UBND dated April 26, 2019; synchronous social and technical infrastructure systems; contribute to completing the general planning of Khoai Chau district in general and An Vi, Dan Tien and Tan Dan communes in particular.
Investment duration and schedule: Operation period of the project: 50 years. Estimated progress of project implementation: Completion of the project is within 36 months (03 years) after the project is approved and recognized by the competent state agency as the Employer.
Project location: In An Vi, Dan Tien and Tan Dan communes, Khoai Chau district, Hung Yen province. Location of land: The North borders on the cultivated land and the DH.57 road, the South borders on the cultivated land and irrigation ditches, the East borders on the land planned for commercial construction, the West borders on the project of Minh Huy Company and farmland.

Compensation, support and resettlement expense: VND 51,000,000,000
Land use's purpose: 49,775.73 m2; greenery, parking lot land: 4,241.58 m2; educational land: 1,200.89 m2; commercial - service land: 973.74m2; Traffic land: 43,802.19m2 (detailed construction planning, scale of 1/500 approved in Decision No. 995/QD-UBND dated April 26, 2019 of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province).
Approved planning criteria: Comply with the detailed construction planning with scale of 1/500, approved by the People's Committee of Hung Yen Province in Decision No. 995/QD-UBND dated April 26, 2019.
