Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Total area of 21.66ha, planned for construction investment of the following items: Construction of commercial and serive works marked TM, with a total land area of 13.611,80 m2; Construction of social houses marked VH, with a total land area of 1.181,20 m; Construction of kindergarten marked GD with a total land area of 2.310,60 m2; Construction of adjacent houses planned for 340 lots, marked from LK-01 to LK-17 with a total land area of 82.592,70 m2; Land for green trees and talus marked CX, with a total land area of 24.529,20 m2. The technical infrastructure works system is in compliance with the detailed construction plan rated 1/500
Investment duration and schedule: a) Project implementation timeframe (Investment term to implement the project) - For commercial and service land: 50 years. For residential land: Long-term use; b) Investment schedule: From Quarter I/2021 to Quarter IV/2021: Prepare and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval of the project investment policy; Selecting investors to implement the project; From Quarter I/2022 to Quarter IV/2027: Carrying out the procedures in accordance with construction law, land law and other relevant laws; investing in construction and completion of technical infrastructure systems, social infrastructure works and architectural works under the project according to the detailed planning rate of 1/500 approved by competent authorities; organizing to accept, handover and put the works into use according to regulations
