Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Leveling, road system, parking lot, water supply, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage system, power supply system, communication, trees and landscape, recovery canals... on the basis of compliance with the 1/2000 subdivision planning criteria which has been approved. + Proposing to invest about 1,127 houses (123 villas and 1004 adjacent townhouses) + Land for mixed-use apartments: Construction of 04 high-rise apartment buildings with about 944 apartments. + Urban public works: Including 02 land lots with symbols A.CCDT-01, B.CCDT-02. + Commercial and service works with residential units + Kindergarten works + Other public works: Urban public land plot with the symbol B.CCDT-01, Primary school, Medical station, office land, cultural - sport centers... after completing site clearance, handing over to state agencies for management and investment according to appropriate sectoral and field plannings.
