Land Use Scale: - Total project area: 48,025.95m2. - The land fund after investment and construction is handed over to the People's Committee of Dien Bien Phu City, the local government for management, with an area of 23,530.58m2, accounting for 49%, including: (1) Public land: 542.33m2; (2) Green square land: 560m2; (3) Parking lot land: 2,765.68m2; (4) Transportation land: 19,662.57m2. - The land fund that the investor pays land use fees, land lease for business, and exploitation, with an area of 24,495.37m2, accounting for 51%, including: (1) Commercial and service land: 6,541.77m2 (land handover period, land lease for commercial and service purposes: 50 years).
