Investment objectives: Actualizing Quang Binh Provincial Master Plan for the period of 2021-2030, vision by 2050 approved by the Prime Minister; the approved construction master plan, housing development plan and program and land use master plan; establishing the new urban center to meet the demand of housing, to serve the livelihood of habitants within the region; investment in socio-economic infrastructure serving the community’s activities contributing to promote the local socio-economic development
Project scale: Preliminary construction scale including the following items: a. Part of technical infrastructure works: invest in complete construction of technical infrastructure works within the whole project area (excluding Phu Hai – Luong Ninh route scope). b. Part of services and commercial works: construct 02 services and commercial works; expected number of storey: 3; gross floor area of about 19,032 m²; c. Part of social infrastructure works: Construct the cultural and sport works; medical works; nursery school works; playground, sports; d. Part of housing works: the project establishes 761 residential land lots, out of which: Constructing the rough part, finishing the facade for about 139 adjacent houses, housings combined with trading; Constructing the rough part, finishing the facade for about 74 semi-detached villas; The residential land fund allowed to transfer the land use right for people to construct houses: about 464 land lots; Residential land fund for compensation, resettlement: about 84 residential land lots. Summary of basic requirements of the project: Investors must fully comply with legal stipulations of land, investment, construction, master plan, forestry, environmental protection, property trading, fire prevention and extinguisher…., related legal stipulations, approved project investment policy, approved construction master plan during the process of investment preparation, basic construction, putting the project into trading and operation
Project implementation progress: Project operational time: within 50 years since the date investors having land granted, land leased; buyers of housing attached with residential land use right; or buyers of residential land for housing construction will have the stable and long term use right as per the legal stipulations of land, commercial service land, leased land… the state leases land with annual land lease fees payment. + Investment progress: Not over 06 years since the date having the investor selection results approval decision or investor approval decision, expected from the year 2023 to the year 2028
