Investment objectives: Concretize the General plan of Duy Tien town, the construction subdivision plan at the rate of 1/2000 of the southern urban area of the administrative center of Duy Tien town approved; Develop a new multi-functional, modern and synchronous urban area in terms of technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, landscape and architectural works to create the face of urban architecture for the locality. - Increase the housing fund to meet the needs of people, workers in industrial zones in the town in particular and the inhabitants of the surrounding areas in the province in general. Promote socio-economic development, improve land use value, contribute to increase budget revenue, create more jobs for local workers

Project scale: 1. Estimated population scale: About 4,320 people 2. Investment scale: 2.1. Technical infrastructure works: Ground filling: The ground level is according to the planning and ensures synchronous connection with the current residential area. For works not proposed for construction investment in the project, handing over the land to the locality for management: no ground filling is carried out, only leveling, creating a clean ground to serve the management and investment, attract investment according to regulations. Scale of investment in work items includes: traffic system (For the 69m-planned external traffic route, the project scope only invests in the route section passing through the project; Urban main roads with a cross section of 99.5m, only invest in the aggregate road adjacent to the project and a number of regional roads, the internal road system of the project), low-rise parking; water supply system, drainage and environmental sanitation system, power supply system, communication system, trees and landscape... on the basis of compliance with the approved criteria of construction subdivision plan at the rate of 1/2000. 2.2. Public works: Public land of residential unit (Cultural center, playground, playing field with symbol VHTT-01), high-rise parking lot: Project implementation scope does not propose construction investment, only proposes to carry out site clearance and invest in general technical infrastructure in the area and hand over the land fund to state agencies 2.3.
