Project scale: a. Land area used: 56.22 ha. b. Design capacity: - Population size of approx. 7,600 people. Adjacent houses under rough construction, adjacent residential land subdivision for sale, villas under rough construction, villa land for sale, resettlement, total land area 24.41 ha. + Maximum building height: 3 floors. + Facades of the buildings along the roads of regional level and above shall be built rough and finished on the outside (adjacent houses, villas) in line with regulations. - Apartments in the total land area of 9.08 ha; maximum building height: 7 floors. - Commercial and service works, total construction area of land 8.27 ha; maximum building height: 10 floors. - Education works, total land construction area of 1.48 ha; maximum building height: 3 floors. - Land for green trees and parks: land area of 3.32 ha. - Land for wastewater treatment area: land area of 0.43 ha. - Land for traffic: land area of 9.24 ha.
