Project's investment objectives: To build synchronously a technical infrastructure system, connecting with ongoing construction projects to create a modern civilized urban area, synchronous in terms of technical infrastructure, social infrastructure and other works according to the approved detailed planning project. To increase housing fund, residential land; reducing the pressure on housing demand for the area, in order to contribute to solving housing needs for people; increasing the land fund for social housing in order to ensure social security. To improve the efficiency of land use, increase revenue for the state budget. To mobilize and use resources maximally and efficiently to build Thai Nguyen city into a civilized and modern city, worthy of being a grade I city, the urban center of the province, of the Northern midland and mountainous region.

Summary of the basic requirements of the project: It is to invest in the synchronous construction of the technical and social infrastructure systems according to the approved detailed planning project, including the following main work items. Investment in a rough construction with completion of the exterior: 209 adjacent houses in land lots from SH-01 to SH-09: construction density of 80%, 3-storey houses, total land area of 25,262.7 m2, total floor area about 60,630.5 m2; 44 adjacent houses in land lots from LK-07B to LK-10: construction density of 80%, 3-storey houses, total land area of 4,476 m2, total floor area of about 10,742.4 m2; 26 villas in land plots from BT-06A to BT-07B: construction density of 50%, 2.5-storey houses, total land area of 6,071.4 m2, total floor area of about 7,589, 3 m2. A trade and service center invested and constructed in land plot CC-03: construction density of 40%, a 5-storey building, total land area 6,458 m2, total floor area of 12,916 m2.
