Project's investment objectives: Invest in social housing for workers in order to gradually implement the detailed planning of Nenh town urban area, step by step complete the implementation of the housing development program in Bac Giang province to 2030 approved by the Provincial People's Committee at Decision No. 642/QD-UBND dated 21/7/2020. When the project is completed and put into use, it will solve the accommodation needs for about 10,000 workers and employees in the surrounding industrial zones.
Scale of the project investment: Building 06 apartment blocks, including: 05 social housing buildings with 20 floors and 01 basement; 01 commercial building with 20 floors and 01 basement; total construction area is about 8,309m2, total construction floor area is 174,493m2. In which: Social housing construction area is about 6,647.2 m2, total construction floor area 139,594 m2. Commercial housing construction area is about 1,662 m2 (equivalent to 20%), total construction floor area is 34,899 m2

Compensation, support and resettlement expense: VND 32.882.679.000
Summary of the basic requirements of the project: According to the approved investment policy in Decision No. 1540/QD-UBND dated December 27, 2021 of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province.
Investment duration and schedule: The project’s operation duration is 50 years from the date the competent authority approves the project investment policy. 2.
