Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Structures: Adjacent house construction area: 96,381,40 m2 - Villa housing construction area: 102,381.10 m2 - Area for construction of cultural house 1 (900 m2), cultural house 2: (900 m2). Trade and service works with an area of 3,648,00 m2. - Educational works with an area of 2,751,00 m2. Technical infrastructure works comply with the detailed construction planning, scale 1/500, approved by competent authorities. Population size: Estimated population is about 3,744 people
Investment duration and schedule: a) Investment term: Investing in project construction and completion, accepting and taking over the project and putting it into use in accordance with regulations before December 31st 2027.
b) Investment schedule: From Quarter I/2021 to the end of Quarter IV/2021: Selecting investors to implement the project; From quarter I/2022 to the end of quarter IV/2027: Carrying out the procedures in accordance with construction law, land law, fire prevention and fighting law, environmental law and regulations of other relevant laws; investing in the construction and completion of technical infrastructure works and architectural works under the project according to the detailed planning rate of 1/500 approved by competent authorities; organizing to accept, handover and put the works to use according to regulations
