Scale of the project investment: Construction density: 37.9%. - Land use coefficient: 2.76 times. - Number of housing types: A total of 668 low-rise houses, of which: adjacent houses: 585 units, villas: 83 units. - Parking area: At the public parking area of the project and at the houses of the households. - Technical infrastructure works: Investor directly invest in the construction of technical infrastructure of the project in compliance with the approved detailed planning of 1/500 scale. After the construction is completed, the investor is responsible for handing over to the local government to organize the management, exploitation and operation according to regulations. - Social infrastructure works: House of Culture, Kindergarten, Primary School, Secondary School invested by local authorities or assigned by investors to perform according to regulations. - Social housing works: Investments are made by independent projects in accordance with the Investment Law and relevant laws
