Investment duration and schedule: Progress of the project in 5 years (second quarter of 2021 to the end of second quarter of 2026). - From the second quarter of 2021 to the end of the fourth quarter of 2021: Formulate and submit to competent authorities for decision the investment policy of the project; organize the selection of project investors according to regulations; - From the first quarter of 2022 to the end of the second quarter of 2026: Carrying out the procedures in accordance with the law on construction. land law and other relevant laws; invest in and complete the system of technical infrastructure works and architectural works under the project according to the detailed planning of 1/500 scale already approved by competent authorities; organize the acceptance, handover and put the works into use according to regulations
