Project's investment objectives: Forming a new urban area to contribute to urban environment improvement, cover the land fund for urban development planning in Khanh Hai town; develop trade, services and housing industry in harmony with neighboring urban areas and coastal tourist areas; bring positive economic and social effects, contribute to improving the efficiency of the land use coefficient, raise more state budget revenues from land and projects.
Scale of the project investment: Landuse scale: land area for educational construction works accounts for 2,912.6m2; land for public works, trade and services: 15,889.1m2; residential land area: 103,642.5m2; land area for social housing: 28,230.3m2; land area for green park: 13,011.7 m2; land area for traffic system: 84,288.4m2. Residential land area scale: there will be 839 land slots, in which, houses for sale will be built on 116 plots by the investor (adjacent to Truong Chinh and D4 roads). The remaining 723 plots are considered for transfer of land use rights when meeting the conditions prescribed by law.

Investment duration and schedule: 05 years from the date the Investor is selected to implement the project. Phase 2: Investment in construction of technical infrastructure works (roads, water supply and drainage systems, electricity supply, urban lighting, green parks, sports, and water surface): will be completed within 02 years. Phase 3: Investment in construction of architectural works on land (social housing works; kindergartens; public works; commercial-service works; commercial housing works): will be complete within 1.5 years
Project location: Khanh Hai town, Ninh Hai district, Ninh Thuan province, as follows: To the East: Adjacent to Truong Han Sieu Street and the resettlement area of Ninh Chu bridge; To the West: Adjacent to Yen Ninh Street and Khanh Hai Stadium (the old stadium); To the South: Adjacent to Truong Chinh Street; To the North: Adjacent to Du Khanh Primary School and existing residential area.
