Project's investment objectives: Implement housing development program in Ninh Binh province to 2020, orientation to 2030 and housing development plan in Ninh Binh province in 2022 for areas where housing development is implemented under the project. - Concretize the local socio-economic development planning and detailed planning of 1/500 scale Yen Binh urban area, Yen Binh ward, Tam Diep city. - Forming a complete, modern, synchronous urban area in terms of technical and social infrastructure with landscape architecture, modern space, and harmony between the new construction area and the existing area. Coordinating detailed plans and projects that have been and are being implemented in the region to ensure harmony and synchronization in space organization and technical infrastructure. - Contributing to increasing the land fund in Tam Diep city, contributing to solving the housing needs of the city's people. Thereby, bringing socio-economic efficiency, financial efficiency to the state and investors.
