Project scale: 1. Used land area: 459.335,63 m2. 2. The investment scale: (1) Villa: - Rough construction 139 villas, with lot area approx 79.518,77 m2; building area is about 39.759,39 m2. (2) Social housing: 109 houses at position of Social housing plots with total area of 32.592,4 m2. 3) Trade and service area: Works are constructed and completed on 5 the trade and service lands area of 7.273,84 m2. (4) Transfer of land use right is in the form of subdivisions for sale of plots on land area: The land area to be transferred land use right is in the form of subdivisions for sale of plots on land area is 50.796,48 m2 with total 85 plots villas.
Project summary: Invest in the synchronous construction of technical and social infrastructure systems of the new urban area in Le Ho commune and Dai Cuong Commune, Kim Bang district (KB-DT.06.22.3), in accordance with the master plan of Kim Bang urban area with the zone planning scale of 1/2000 in Le Ho, Dai Cuong, and Nguyen Uy communes, Kim Bang district and in accordance with the approved investment policy, ensuring synchronous connection with the technical infrastructure of the surrounding area and the existing residential areas; update and synchronously connect with the technical infrastructure of the projects that have been implemented in the area. The project has not had a detailed 1/500 scale construction planning, so the selected investor must make a detailed planning and carry out the appraisal process, submit it to competent authorities for approval according to regulations on planning, construction, urban areas, houses... - The selected investor must comply with the order of connection.
