Project's investment objectives: To concretize the orientation of the master plan for socio-economic development of Thua Thien Hue Province to 2020, with a vision to 2030. - To form a resort that meets international standards and promote the landscape and traditional cultural values of the locality which contributes to diversifying local tourism products, attracting domestic and international tourists. - To effectively use the coastal land fund of the province in order to create jobs for people, increase revenue for the State budget and promote the development of resources and social potentials right at the project site. - To invest in completing the project's technical infrastructure system to connect with the technical infrastructure system of the surrounding areas which contributes to completing the development planning projects of Phu Loc District in particular and Thua Thien Hue Province in general.

The project expected to receive a maximum of about 5,000 guests per day and about 2,000 visitors per day. - Products and services provided: a high-end resort; luxury villas; a mall, tourism service zone, restaurants; a theme park including public spaces, a ecological sport zone; a development reserve mixed zone; an auxiliary functional zone; areas to experience local culture and organize community activities. - Estimated scale of construction: In compliance with Decision No. 3003/QD-UBND dated November 18, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee on the approval of Subdivision planning project (Scale: 1/2000) of Coastal Eco-resort in Giang Hai and Vinh Hien Communes, Phu Loc District, Thua Thien Hue Province.
