Project scale: Completely and synchronously investing in technical, social, housing works and other works according to the approved detailed construction planning of the project (Decisions No. 1418/QĐ-UBND dated January 28, 2022, No. 4333/QĐ-UBND dated May 11, 2022 and No. 6390/QĐ-UBND dated July 14, 2022 of the Chairman of Thanh Hoa City People's Committee), including the following items: - Completely investment in building technical infrastructure with a land area of about 282,850 m2 (ground leveling, roads, parking lots, water supply - drainage, electricity supply, lighting, trees - parks, fire fighting and prevention. - Investment in complete construction of social infrastructure works, including: cultural house, inter-school (kindergarten and primary school). - Invest in the construction of the rough part and completion of the facades of 171 commercial house (including: 149 adjoining houses; 22 villas) according to Official Letter No. 7216/UBND-CN dated May 24, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee. - Investment in complete construction of social housing.
