Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Investing in the construction of a synchronous infrastructure system according to the approved detailed planning project including the following main work items: - Investing in the construction of housing works with facades adjacent to urban-level roads and main landscape routes including: Building houses in the form of rough construction and exterior finishing with a total area of 57,390.6 m2 according to the approved planning. - The expected commercial and service works are as follows: For the commercial and service land plot with an area of 3,695.6 m2 and the public and market land plot with an area of 5,101 m2, construction investment is according to the approved planning. - Number of adjacent residential land lots: 1,133 lots.
Investment duration and schedule: Project operation duration: 50 years from the date when the investor receives a decision on land allocation or land lease by a competent authority. - Project implementation schedule: By the end of the fourth quarter of 2026
