Investment objectives: Actualizing the construction master plan; housing development plan and program; land use master plan approved by competent authorities; establishing the new urban center to meet the demand of housing, to serve the livelihood of habitants within the region; supplying facilities for residential community, creating landscape architecture of the region; gradual urban areas upgrading and gentrification; mobilizing the out-of-state’s budget capital from investors, enterprises to implement the task of ground clearance compensation, and invest in socio-economic infrastructure serving the common activities of community; promoting the local socio-economic development.
Project scale: Land use area: About 203,627.6m2 (excluding the area of the coastal route and the route connecting coastal road to Nhat Le 3 bridge); completely investing in technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, housings and other works as per the approved construction zoning planning with ratio 1/2.000, detailed construction master plan with ratio 1/500 as well as the approved project investment policy, including the following items: a) Part of technical infrastructure works: invest in complete construction of technical infrastructure including: ground levelling, traffic road, power supply and electric lighting, water supply, rainy and waste water drainage and environmental hygiene, contact information … guaranteeing to connect with the common technical infrastructure system of the area. b) Part of housing works: the project has total residential land area of about 71,121.50m2. Out of which: Social housings: constructing the apartment building of social housing of about 230 apartments with the land use area of about 14,229.9 m2; Low-rise commercial housings: Construct about 97 apartments with the land use area of about 19,986.4m2, gross floor area of about: 103,334.2m2; Residential land fund allowed for land use right tranfer for people to build their own houses as per approved sample design after completing the technical infrastructure part, satisfying the current stipulations: about 343 land lots, with the land use area of about 30,474.3m2; High-rise mixed-used housing (apartment building): Fully synchronously built comply with the approved design for high-rise mixed-used housing works with the land use area of about 6,430.90m2; number of apartments: about 750 apartments; c) Part of services and commercial works: Completely construct services and commercial works as per the approved detailed master plan (if any). d) Part of social infrastructure works: Completely construct: green tree park; square; Invest to construct and exploit the nursery school
