Investment objectives: Invest in housing construction projects and technical and social infrastructure works in order to concretize the detailed planning for construction of the scale of 1/500 N18 road combined with residential area of Can Giuoc town in Can Giuoc town, Can Giuoc district, Long An province according to the detailed construction plan scale of 1/500, approved by the People's Committee of Can Giuoc district in Decision No. 7245/QD-UBND dated 29/12/2021.

Project scale: Land area: About 92,114.8 m². - Population size: About 1,464 people. - Land use planning: + Estimated construction land area: 31,415.5 m2. + Estimated housing construction land area of 100% residential land: 31,415.5 m2. + Type of housing: Townhouse; villas, commercial townhouses. + Number of planned houses: 366 units (temporarily calculated 4 people/unit). + The allocation of land fund for social housing development: According to the approved detailed construction plan, the land area for social housing land fund is 4,886.9 m2. - Investment plans for construction and management of urban infrastructure inside and outside the project scope for urban area construction investment projects: + The investor selected as the investor to implement the project will directly invest in housing construction and complete the technical and social infrastructure works of the project with the investor's capital and hand over to the State for management, operate according to regulations. + The investor selected as the investor implementing the project shall contact specialized units for an agreement on connecting the common technical infrastructure system outside the project fence and investing in infrastructure outside the project scope (if any) according to the approved planning; invest in the construction of houses and works in accordance with the approved detailed planning.

Project implementation progress: By the end of the third quarter of 2024: Complete the implementation of procedures for approval of investment policies; compensation for site clearance and clearance; land allocation, land lease, environmental impact assessment.
