Project scale: 2.2.1. Estimated area of land, water surface, ground to be used: 260,058m2. In which: - Area implemented by the investor: 234,965 m2 (23.5 ha). Area retained by the State for implementation: 25,093 m2 (2.5 ha). It includes a bridge connecting Hop Giang ward and Song Bang ward and the existing parking area and the bamboo workshop (the investment contents for the area retained by the state are shown in another project). 2.2.2. Main project contents implemented by the investor a) Preliminary housing structure: Commercial housing: about 456 shophouses, adjoining houses and villas. b) Commercial and service works: Investors implementing the project must invest in construction of commercial and service works in land lots CC1, CC2 according to the approved planning. 2.2.3. Construction investment plan implemented by the investor: To invest in building a synchronous technical infrastructure system for the entire project area of about 23.5 ha
Project implementation progress: Project duration: 50 years. Buyers of residential land use rights are entitled to stable and long-term land use in accordance with the land law. Investment progress: (expected) from the first quarter of 2023 to the fourth quarter of 2025. The detailed progress is determined after the investor selection is completed
