Project implementation progress: The project's operation period is 50 years from the date of approving an investor. - Complete land and construction procedures; complete the construction of the work: 72 months from the date of approval of the investor to implement the project, in which: + Time to complete the procedures for land, construction and complete construction of technical infrastructure, handover and put into use: 36 months from the date of selection of the investor to implement the project or approved the investor by the competent authority; + The time for rough construction, completion of houses, construction of social houses, commercial and service works and educational works is 36 months; + The time to build a golf course is within 36 months from the date on which the decision on land lease is granted; + Put the project into operation and business from the 73rd month to the end of the project implementation period
