IV. Time limit for performance of contract:
Meet the needs of purchaser.
V. Requirements to participant:
1) The participant which quote must register in Vietnam and have independent legal personality. Every participant need to provide scanning copy of Business license;
(2) Participants shall not be in any of the following situations:
- Being ordered to suspend production or business;
- The property is taken over, frozen and bankrupt;
- In the last three years (January 1st, 2021 to present), there are fraudulent transactions or serious breach of contract or major project quality problems;
- Breach or expulsion of any contract or rescission due to the participant;
- Borrowing qualifications or achievements from others or lending to others;
- There are major litigation cases that have not yet been settled.
(3) Participants shall not quote jointly with others;
(4) Participants will be disqualified from bidding when quote with collusion with false and found by purchaser.
VI. Qualification examination method:
Post-qualification.
VII. Response deadline:
9:00 a.m. on March 29, 2024. The response documents that are overdue will not be accepted.
VIII. Submission of response documents:
(1) Every participant submit 1 paper response documents before the response deadline;
(2) The response documents that are overdue or not delivered to the designated place will not be accepted;
