Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Investing in the synchronous construction of technical infrastructure system according to the approved detailed planning project and according to the Decision No. 3522/QD-UBND dated 12/11/2021 of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province approving the investment policy. Song Cong 2 urban area and utility service project (Zone B) - The project creates 161,327.8 m2of residential land ofwhich: + Adjacent residential land is 51,592.8 m2 (corresponding to 741 plots) including 251 houses expected to be constructed roughly. + Villa residential land is 49,456.5 m2 (corresponding to 249 plots) including 55 villas expected to be constructed roughly. + Land for resettlement is 29,253.3 m2 (corresponding to 292 plots). + Land for social house development is 31,043.2 m2
Investment duration and schedule: Project operation duration: 50 years from the date when the investor receives a decision on land allocation or land lease by a competent authority. + Project implementation schedule: 05 years from the date of decision on approving the investment policy
