| Project for Supporting Green Circular Economy by Strengthening Agricultural Value Chain Improvement in Northern Viet Nam funded by KOICA, is implemented by the Project Management Company(PMC), a four-way consortium including AT. On behalf of the PMC, the Project Office is installed in AT Hanoi and now intends to invite local eligible bidders for the its development of community brands. 1. Introduction of Bid Bid Title Local consultancy for the Development of Community Brand for the Project for Supporting Green Circular Economy by Strengthening Agricultural Value Chain Improvement in Northern Viet Nam Scope of Sevices Building the community brands (Per province) Project site Thái Nguyên and Cao Bang Province in Vietnam Duration From date of contract to Aug 2026 (approx. 8 months) Estimated budget USD 40,000 (VAT exclusive) - Any bidding proposal exceeding the budget may result in rejection of it bid. - The Project office is not responsible for any VAT related matter. 1.1. Announcement Period : After 6 Feb 2026 14:00 p.m. 1.2. Technical evaluation : 9 Feb 2026 1.3. Employer: aT Hanoi 1.4. Bid type: (International) Open Competitive Bidding in Vietnam 1.5. Eligible bidder: international and local concultation firm having an entity in Vietnam 1.6. Selection of the Successful bidder: Bidders received the highest mark at the evaluation will have the priority for negotiation. 1.7. Language of Proposal: English Only 1.8. Currency of Proposal: USD & VND 1.9. Pre-bid meeting: Not applicable. Interested bidders must request for RfP and further inquiries on bidding via email: vietnamoda@at.or.kr * The Project Office will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids. * The Bidders are expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms and specifications in the preparation for bid documents. Failure to submit all required bidding documents or submission of a bid not substantially responsive to the bidding documents in every respect shall be at the bidder’s risk and may result in the rejection of the bid * The Project Office requires that bidders to observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of such contracts. In pursuance of this policy, the Project Office; § will reject a proposal for award if it determined that the bidder recommended for award had engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices in competing for the contract in question; § will recognize a bidder as ineligible, for a period determined by the Project Office. |
