Công ty Tetra Tech, Inc. (Tetra Tech), nhà thầu Dịch vụ Tư vấn - Kỹ thuật II cho Hoạt động Xử lý Ô nhiễm Dioxin tại Khu vực Sân bay Biên Hòa (gọi tắt là dự án A&E II) do Cơ quan Phát triển Quốc tế Hoa Kỳ (USAID) tài trợ và được quản lý bởi Bộ Ngoại giao Hoa Kỳ (DOS). Công ty Tetra Tech Tetra Tech kính mời các công ty nộp Báo giá Tốt nhất và Cuối cùng (Best and Final Offer - BAFO) cho gói thầu: Cung cấp, vận chuyển, lắp đặt và chạy thử (nghiệm thu vận hành) một (01) tổ máy phát điện diesel dự phòng kèm vỏ cách âm, mái che bảo vệ thời tiết khung thép và bệ/bản móng bê tông cốt thép cho máy phát.
Tất cả báo giá phải có hiệu lực tối thiểu 60 ngày.

1. Gửi câu hỏi: Các câu hỏi có thể được gửi không muộn hơn ngày 9 tháng 3 năm 2026 (5:00 Chiều Biên Hoà, Việt Nam). Câu hỏi gủi đến email: AEII.ProcureOps@tetratech.com và copy Nanette.Nelson@tetratech.com

2. Gửi báo giá: Hồ sơ phải được nộp chậm nhất vào ngày 11 tháng 3 năm 2026 (17:00 giờ địa phương Biên Hòa, Việt Nam). Hồ sơ phải được lập bằng tiếng Anh. Giá chào thầu phải bằng Đồng Việt Nam (VND). Hồ sơ hoàn chỉnh gửi đến email AEII.ProcureOps@tetratech.com và copy Nanette.Nelson@tetratech.com. Các hồ sơ nộp trễ có thể bị loại khỏi quá trình xét chọn.

Tetra Tech, Inc. (Tetra Tech) is implementing the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) funded and managed by Department of State (DOS) Architect - Engineer Services II for Dioxin Remediation at Bien Hoa Airbase Area (A&E II) Activity (the project). Tetra Tech invites firms to submit their Best and Final Offer (BAFO) for the Supply, delivery, installation & commissioning of: One (1) Emergency Diesel Generator Set with sound-attenuated enclosure, steel-framed weather protection canopy and reinforced concrete generator pad/slab. All quotes should be valid for a minimum of 60 days.
Submission Requirements:
1. Submission of Questions: Questions may be submitted no later than March 9, 2026 (5:00 PM Bien Hoa, Vietnam Local Time). Offerors are invited to address questions via e-mail to: AEII.ProcureOps@tetratech.com with a cc to nanette.nelson@tetratech.com.

Any late submissions may be disqualified from selection.
