Tetra Tech trân trọng kính mời các nhà cung cấp đủ năng lực gửi báo giá cho việc cung cấp, giao hàng, bàn giao, hỗ trợ lắp đặt, chạy thử, đào tạo người sử dụng và cung cấp dịch vụ hỗ trợ sau bán hàng đối với sáu (06) bộ thiết bị quan trắc bụi từ xa Met One ES-642. Thiết bị sẽ được giao đến Cổng 3, Sân Bay Biên Hòa, TP. Đồng Nai, Việt Nam.
Yêu cầu nộp hồ sơ:
1. Gửi câu hỏi: Câu hỏi phải được gửi không muộn hơn 17:00 (giờ địa phương Việt Nam), ngày 30 tháng 7 năm 2026, qua email đến AEII.ProcureOps@tetratech.com với đồng gửi (CC) đến Nanette.nelson@tetratech.com. Các câu hỏi nhận được sau thời hạn có thể không được trả lời. Câu trả lời (nếu có) sẽ được gửi bằng văn bản đến tất cả các Nhà chào giá.

2. Gửi báo giá: Hồ sơ báo giá phải được lập bằng tiếng Anh, gửi qua email dưới định dạng PDF, kèm theo Bảng báo giá bằng Excel đã được điền đầy đủ. Nhà chào giá phải nộp hồ sơ không muộn hơn 17:00 (giờ địa phương Việt Nam), ngày 07 tháng 8 năm 2026, qua email đến AEII.ProcureOps@tetratech.com, và đồng gửi (CC)Nanette.nelson@tetratech.com. Các hồ sơ nộp trễ có thể bị loại khỏi quá trình xét chọn. Nhà chào giá phải nộp đầy đủ tất cả các tài liệu được yêu cầu theo RFQ này.

Tetra Tech, Inc. (Tetra Tech) is implementing the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) funded and managed by Department of State (DOS) Architect - Engineer Services II for Dioxin Remediation at Bien Hoa Air Base Area (A&E II) Project.
Tetra Tech invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, handover, installation support, commissioning, user training, and after-sales support for six (6) complete Met One ES-642 Remote Dust Monitors. The equipment shall be delivered to Bien Hoa Air base, Dong Nai City, Vietnam.
Submission Requirements:
1. Submission of Questions: Questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026 (5:00 PM, Vietnam Local Time) by email to AEII.ProcureOps@tetratech.com with a cc to Nanette.nelson@tetratech.com. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered. Responses to questions, if any, will be issued in writing to all prospective Offerors.

2. Submission of Quotation: Quotations must be submitted in English by email in PDF format, together with the completed Excel price sheet. Offerors must submit offer by August 7, 2026, (5:00 PM, Vietnam Local Time) and submitted by email to: AEII.ProcureOps@tetratech.com with a cc to Nanette.nelson@tetratech.com. Late submissions may be rejected from review. Offerors are required to submit all documents requested under this RFQ.
