Project's investment objectives: Concretizing the detailed construction planning scheme at the scale of 1/500, Minh Phuong - Thuy Van New Urban Area was approved by the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province under the Decision No. 2922/QD-UBND dated November 09, 2020. After being constructed and invested, a housing area will be formed with a synchronous system of technical and social infrastructure works in order to build a spacious and modern new housing area, ensuring architectural landscape and environment of the area, serving as a legal basis for state agencies to manage land use planning and construction planning towards sustainable development
Scale of the project investment: Construction of urban-level public works and independent residential units and groups with beautiful architectural forms; urban green trees and the system of technical infrastructure works are invested and built synchronously

Compensation, support and resettlement expense: VND 117.114.000.000
Summary of the basic requirements of the project: 1. Total area is 432,980.60 m2 (43.29806 ha), invested in construction of the following items: - Land for construction of urban-level public works with the symbol of CCDT covers an area of 15,027.20 m2. - The land for construction of the parking works with the symbol of P (including parking lots of P1, P2, P3) covers an area of 5,073.70 m2. - Land for independent residential units and groups covers an area of 293,595.70 m2. - Land for construction of technical infrastructure works with symbol HTKT-06 covers an area of 4,908.80 m2. Technical infrastructure system: The system of technical infrastructure works complies with the detailed construction planning scheme at the scale of 1/500 approved by competent authorities and specified in the investment project proposal. (Details: According to the detailed planning at the scale of 1/500 approved by the Provincial People's Committee in the Decision No. 2922/QD-UBND dated November 09, 2020)
Investment duration and schedule: 1. Project implementation duration: - For commercial and service land: 50 years; - For residential land: 50 years, the buyers of the housing attached the land use right are entitled to use for a long term. - Time for calculating the project's operation duration: From the date the investor is granted the decisions on land allocation, land lease or change of land use purpose by the competent authorities. 2. Investment schedule: Invest in and complete the system of technical infrastructure works and architectural works under the project according to the detailed planning of 1/500 scale already approved by competent authorities; organize the acceptance, handover and put the works into use according to regulations before December 31, 2028
