Project's investment objectives: Investing in construction of Tam Nong urban area, Tam Nong district with synchronous technical infrastructure system and a part of social infrastructure, meeting the housing needs for people; Contributing to improving the environment, beautifying architectural space and landscape for the area. Gradually completing the housing targets in Tam Nong district under the Housing Development Program of Phu Tho province to 2020 and orientations to 2030; as well as making contribution to the socio-economic development of Phu Tho province

Scale of the project investment: Construction of technical infrastructure items of the project includes the following main work items: System of traffic routes; Leveling, technical preparation; Rainwater drainage system; Sewerage system; Water supply system; Power supply and lighting systems; - Construction of architectural works, including the following works: adjacent houses; villa housing; resettlement works; commercial and service works; educational works (primary school); public works (administrative, cultural, medical, market...)

Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Total area of 21,62 ha, planned for construction investment of the following items: a) Residential land: Area of residential land is about 10,66 ha - Land for adjacent houses: 3,73ha - Land for villas: 5,32ha - Residential land for resettlement: 1,61ha b) Public land for service: Area is about 3,27 ha - Commercial and service works: Area is about 2,0 ha - Educational work (primary school): Area is about 0,56 ha - Public works (administrative, cultural, medical, market...): Area is about 0,71 ha c) Land for green trees and water surface: Area is about 0,70 ha d) Land for focal point of technical infrastructure: Area is about 0,69 ha e) Traffic land: : Area is about 6,30 ha (Detail: In compliance with the detailed construction plan rated 1/2000, approved by Phu Tho People’s Committee at Decision No2987/QD-UBND dated November 13, 2020)

Investment duration and schedule: a) Project implementation timeframe (Investment term to implement the project) - For commercial and service land: 50 years - For residential land: Long-term use b) Investment schedule: Up to 60 months from the date of signing the project implementation contract - From Quarter I/2021 to Quarter III/2021: Prepare and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval of the project investment policy ; Selecting investors to implement the project; + From Quarter IV/2021 to Quarter IV/2024: Carrying out the procedures in accordance with construction law, land law and other relevant laws; investing in construction and completion of technical infrastructure systems, social infrastructure works and architectural works under the project according to the detailed planning approved by competent authorities; organizing to accept, handover and put the works into use according to regulations
