The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of USD 200 (Two hundred US dollars), equivalent to VND 4,600,000 (Four million six hundred VND). The method of payment will be in cash or direct deposit to account No. 3120201005770 at the VIETNAMBANK FOR AGRICULTURE, GIALAM BRANCH – Trau Quy, Gia Lam, Hanoi, Vietnam. The document will be sent by airmail for overseas delivery and surface mail or courier for local delivery. Bidders who wish to receive bidding documents through courier services should submit an additional amount of USD 250 for overseas delivery.
