(2) Contract Terms: delivery to employer’s place and install with contractor’s responsibility

- Place of delivery is a class room in Ho Chi Minh University of Medicine and Pharmacy (to be designated after contract)

- Contractor must bear the cost for labor, other raw materials for installation

(3) Delivery Terms: 30 days from signing of contract

(4) Purchaser: KOICA

(5) Bid Type: open competitive bidding.

(6) Selection of the Successful Bidders: Selection by Two-Stage Bidding (specification with lowest price quotation)

(7) Bidder's qualification requirement:

- Bidder must have proper business license in Vietnam

- Bidder must have one record of contract for supplying similar goods (PC or on-line studio equipment) at least, with contract amount of minimum VND 644,000,000-

- Joint venture or joint participant is NOT allowed

2. The available budget for this procurement assignment is VND 3,221,436,000(including VAT) and Bidders’ Proposals should not exceed this budget. Any bid exceeding the project budget may result in rejection of its bid.

5. KOICA Vietnam Office requires that bidders and contractors observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of such contracts. In pursuance of this policy, KOICA;

(a) will reject a proposal for award if it determines that the bidder recommended for award has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices in competing for the contract in question;

(b) will recognize a contractor as ineligible, for a period determined by KOICA.

6. The KOICA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders.

7. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information by email from Nov 06 to Nov 12. The official email address of KOICA Vietnam Office is vietnam@koica.go.kr and answers shall be delivered to every bid participants on Nov 13.

8. All bidders must have at least one case of record of contract on similar items. Similar item means (1) office equipment such as PC, laptop or (2) e-learning studio equipment such as live streaming software, video capture card etc.

9. All bidding documents must be submitted in a sealed envelopment. And electric copy of all bidding documents in a USB must be included in the sealed envelopment.

10. All bidders must submit full sets of bid documents to (1) KOICA Vietnam Office in Hanoi or (2) Project Management Office in Ho Chi Minh by hand on or before 16:00on Nov 14., 2023. And all bidding documents must be in sealed envelopment. For the definition of full sets of bid documents, refer to article 3.

11. KOICA will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
