Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Requirements for investor’s financial capacity: - Investors must have the minimum amount of equity: 360 billion VND. - Investors should have ability to mobilize legal capital resources to implement the project. Qualifications and experience requirements for investors: Minimum number of projects implemented by investors or members in partnership participated in as equity contributors or main contractors: 01 project. Investors’ experience is equal to the total number of projects implemented by investors /their partners. To be considered and evaluated, projects or bidding packages of investors or their partners must meet the technical and quality requirements under the signed contracts
