Investment objectives: Concretize the detailed planning project of 1/500 scale of urban residential area in Hoang Dong commune, Hoang Hoa district approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 692/QD-UBND dated February 23, 2022; to build a complete urban area with synchronous technical and social infrastructure; improve the living environment of residential areas and the efficiency of land use and investment efficiency; effectively exploit the existing land fund in the area, creating revenue for the budget for socio-economic development of Hoang Hoa district
Project scale: Investment scale of the project: Invest in synchronous construction of technical and social infrastructure works Urban Residential Area No. 02, with a land use scale of 496,034.9 m2 according to the detailed plan of 1/500 urban residential area in Hoang Dong commune, Hoang Hoa district approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 692/QD-UBND dated February 23, 2022, as follows: - Technical infrastructure works: Invest in the synchronous construction of technical infrastructure works in the project area (including: ground leveling, inner city traffic, external traffic, trees in residential areas, trees - water surface; wastewater treatment stations; water supply and wastewater drainage systems, electricity supply, lighting, passive telecommunications, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and fighting and synchronous works according to the planning). - Social infrastructure works: Invest in building 03 community houses; parking lots; urban green parks; sports; kindergartens (construction land area 4,069.3 m2); market works (construction land area 9,447.5 m2). For the primary school construction land (4,090.7 m2), the medical land (670m2), after completing the technical infrastructure, the investor hands over the land to the State for construction investment in accordance with the provisions of law. - Housing works: + Invest in the construction of the rough part and completion of the facades of 610 houses according to Official Letter No. 6906/UBND-CN dated May 18, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee (attached document). + For 15 adjacent land lots from LK-Z20:01 to LK-Z20:15: After completing the technical infrastructure, the investor will hand it over to the State to arrange project resettlement according to regulations.
Project summary: The investors are responsible for synchronously investing in works according to the approved project investment scale and implementing investment plans for construction and management of urban infrastructure inside and outside the scope of the project according to the approved investment policy. - Selected investors must mobilize 100% of legal capital to implement the project according to regulations - Investors selected to implement the project must comply with the responsibilities of the investor of the real estate business project as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 13 of the Law on Real Estate Business, in Clause 2 Article 2 of Decision No. 2406/QD-UBND dated July 7, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee on the decision approving the investment policy of the Urban Residential Project No. 02 in Hoang Dong commune, Hoang Hoa district and related laws
