Project's investment objectives: Investment objective: Accomplish the approved detailed construction planning of 1/500 scale, create land funds to develop housing for people, contribute to promote the urbanization of Sam Son city and Thanh Hoa city, create revenue sources for the state budget.

Scale of the project investment: Invest in the synchronous and complete construction of technical infrastructure works (drainage system; water supply system; power supply system, electricity lighting; leveling; traffic; green parks, parking lots,...), social housing works; commercial service works; the rough and completed section of the front of adjacent housing works according to the detailed planning of construction of 1/500 residential area in Quang Tho ward, Sam Son city and Quang Tam ward, Thanh Hoa city has been approved by the Chairman of Thanh Hoa People's Committee in Decision No. 3323/QD-UBND dated August 27, 2021 and fully invested in the eastern route (D8 line according to planning) of the project with an area of 2,095.89 m2 to connect technical infrastructure as the approved investment policy (please see the attached document for details).
