Investment objectives: Investment in construction of social housing according to Decision No. 655/QD-TTg dated May 12, 2017 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "investing in building trade union institutions in industrial parks and zones export processing" and Decision No. 1729/QD-TTg dated November 4, 2020 amending and supplementing Decision No. 655/QD-TTg dated May 12, 2017 of the Prime Minister

Project scale: 1. Total project area: Approximately 34,994 m2 (in which, residential land is 20,373 m2; land for green trees is 1,625 m2; land for traffic and technical infrastructure is 10,814 m2; land for kindergarten construction is 2,182 m2). 2. Population: About 2,100 - 2,500 people. 3. Preliminary structure of housing products - 06 social housing buildings (including 3 buildings with 9 floors, 2 buildings with 12 floors, 1 building with 15 floors) with about 1,050 apartments; the total land area accounts for 82.4% of the total land area for housing construction of the Project, the total floor area of social houses is not less than 80% of the total floor area of the Project's houses. - 01 commercial housing building with no more than 15 floors in height; the total land area accounts for 17.6% of the total land area for housing construction of the Project, the total floor area of commercial houses does not exceed 20% of the total floor area of the Project's houses. 4. Specific scale: Complying with the construction planning of corresponding items in the detailed planning of 1/500 scale of construction projects of Trade Union Institutions in An Nghiep Industrial Park, Soc Trang province, granted with approved by competent authorities. 5. Preliminary plan for investment in construction and infrastructure management within the scope of the Project: The investor shall invest in construction, management, operation, exploitation and repair and maintenance in order to maintain operations of all technical and social infrastructure works within the Project's scope during the Project's operating time; at the same time, hand over to the authorities technical and social infrastructure works in accordance with current law

Project implementation progress: 1. Project operation duration: 50 years from the date of issuance of a decision on recognition of project implementation investor by competent authorities. 2. Investment progress - Capital contribution and capital mobilization progress: Capital contribution and capital mobilization follow the project implementation schedule. - Project implementation schedule + Phase I: investment in technical infrastructure, kindergarten and 5 social housing buildings. Construction starts within 12 months from the date of land allocation and completes within 36 months of construction. + Phase II: invest in a commercial housing building and a remaining social housing building. Construction starts within 9 months from the completion date of phase I and completes within 21 months of construction

Land area: Approximately 34,994 m2

Land use's purpose: To implement social housing project according to the approved detailed planning of competent authorities

Current status of the land area: The land has been completed for ground clearance
