Investment objectives: Concretize the master planning for socio-economic development of Tan An City up to 2020 and orientation to 2030 according to the General Planning of Tan An City, Long An Province up to 2030, the scale of 1/5,000 has been approved in Decision No. 3767/QD-UBND dated October 14, 2015 of the People's Committee of Long An Province and Decision No. 4723/QD-UBND dated December 08, 2021 of the People's Committee of Tan An City on approving the detailed construction planning project at the scale of 1/500 of Urban Areas in Ward 4 and Ward 6, Tan An City, Long An Province; Decision No. 4598/QD-UBND dated November 18, 2022 of the People's Committee of Tan An City on approving the project of local adjustment of detailed construction planning at the scale of 1/500 of urban areas in Ward 4 and Ward 6, Tan An City, Long An Province. - Maximum mobilization of resources outside the state budget to participate in investment and project development in a synchronous manner. Select qualified and experienced investors in project development to increase benefits, convenience, improve quality of life and highly competitive finished products, attract the people's interest, improve real estate value for Tan An City. Implement gentrification, arrangement and step-by-step stabilization of people's life after being cleared in the best way. - Form an ecological urban area, a modern model, compatible with the landscape and common space. Combination of taking advantage of existing landscape and river systems; invest in gentrification and upgrade of infrastructure to ensure general synchronization. This is the basis and premise to promote the construction and development of Tan An City up to 2025, basically reaching the criteria of a class-I urban (according to Decision No. 241/QD-TTg dated February 24, 2021 of The Prime Minister approves the national urban classification plan for the period of 2021 - 2030).
