Investment objectives: To concretize the orientations of the 1/2000-scale construction zoning Plan of the Ecological and Commercial Tourism Urban Area in Thanh Phu commune, Ben Luc district, Long An province. To attract resources for investment and formulation of planning investment projects for the construction of technical and social infrastructure according to the approved planning. - To develop ecological and commercial tourism urban area in order to create driving force for socio-economic development and shift the local economic structure towards industrialization and modernization; at the same time to protect, embellish and enhance the value of landscape, ecology and environment, developing the tourism urban system, providing to the market a variety of housing types and creating jobs for local laborers. - To partially meet the needs of residence and commercial business of the people in Ben Luc district in particular and Long An province in general. To create high living quality, Green - Clean - Beautiful living areas, good natural environment and compatible technical infrastructure for the residents

Project scale: Project scale: a) Land area: about 220.05 ha. b) Population size: About 37,163 people. c) Construction scale: To invest in the development of complete and synchronous technical infrastructure, social infrastructure and other works according to the construction planning approved by competent authorities. d) Structure of the housing products: The residential land area is 1,193,126.47 m2, accounting for 54.22% of the project land area, including land for new residential areas (low-rise residential buildings, mixed-used high-rise buildings) and land for residential resettlement, of which: - Land for new residences: + Land for new low-rise buildings: about 111.41ha, accounting for 50.63% (about 4,951 plots; maximum building height: 5 floors). + Land for mix-used high-rise residential buildings: about 5.84ha, accounting for 2.65% (about 4,300 apartments; maximum building height up to 45 floors). - Land for residential resettlement: about 2.07 ha, accounting for 0.94% (about 180 plots; maximum building height: 5 floors). (dd) Land for social housing development: Complying with regulations of current law. (e) Plan for the investment, construction and management of urban infrastructure inside and outside the project applicable to projects on construction of residential houses, urban areas, and preliminary plan for the part of urban infrastructure that the Investor shall retain for business purposes and for the urban infrastructure that the Investor shall hand over to the local authority ....

Project implementation progress: 1- Project operation duration: 50 years (calculated from the date on which the Investor is granted the decision on land allocation, decision on land lease, decision on change of land use purpose); Buyers of residential land use rights are entitled to stable and long-term land use according to the provisions of the Land Law. 2- Project implementation schedule: 06 years from the date of approval of investor selection results or investor approval, in which: - Phase 1 (estimated during 2023 - 2025): execute the compensating for site clearance of the entire project.
