The completed project will create a civilized and modern urban residential area with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, social infrastructure works, and modern urban public utilities to meet the demand for people in the area, contributing to urban embellishment and bringing the socio-economic efficiency. - Create a clean land fund for attracting the investment in education, training and research institutions; contribute to perfecting the synchronous framework technical infrastructure system in Nam Cao University Area in Duy Tien town, in order to meet the requirements for attracting and deploying investment in building educational and training institutions according to the objectives of Nam Cao University Area Development Scheme and approved University Urban Area Planning
