Investment objectives: The investment project in the Western urban area of Long Xuyen city is an investment project to build a new urban area, which is invested and built in a synchronous technical, social infrastructure and housing, ensuring compliance with the planning, associated with the development orientation of a future city and without changing the general planning structure of the city. The project is formed to contribute to the socio-economic development of An Giang province in general and Long Xuyen city in particular.

(2) Low-density residential land - Construction land area: 17.81 ha. - Maximum building density: 50%. - Maximum building height: 3 floors. (3) Social housing: - Construction land area: 17.98 ha. - Maximum building density: 55% - 60%. - Maximum building height: 5 floors. (4) Kindergartens, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, High Schools. - Construction land area: 7.62 ha. - Maximum building density: 40%. - Maximum building height: 3-4 floors. (5) Land for Culture - Physical Education - Sports (Playground for housing groups, training ground, cultural and sports center). Symbol: 5-CCDVO(1, 3, 4): - Construction land area: 2.15 ha. - Maximum building density: 40%. - Maximum building height: 5 floors. (6) Non-residential mixed-use land (Multi-purpose building: Trading, hotels, offices, headquarters, ...). Project implementation progress: The project is located in My Quy and My Thoi wards, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province, belonging to the 1/200 scale subdivision planning project of the Western urban area of Long Xuyen city, An Giang province (subdivision 5) approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2446/QD-UBND dated October 25, 2021
