Project's investment objectives: Concretizing the detailed planning project approved by the People’s Committee of Song Cong City; investing in the construction of an urban area in Tan Quang Commune, Luong Son Ward and Bach Quang Ward, Song Cong City. Investing in the synchronous construction of a civilized and modern urban area with a variety of housing, commercial and service products that are environmentally friendly, creating an ideal living and working environment for the people. The provided products and services include adjacent residential land plots, villa land plots, commercial housing works (rough construction at regional roads), public works, traffic works, infrastructure, green trees, etc. meeting needs of residential land and houses for people inside and outside the area. Improving the efficiency of land use to contribute to the economic growth of the localities and the, generating revenue for the local budget

Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Invest in building a synchronous technical infrastructure system according to the approved detailed planning project - Investment in construction of architectural works: according to Decision No. 3523/QD-UBND dated 12/11/2021 of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee on approval of investment policy of urban area project and convenient services. Song Cong 2 utility (Area A). - The project creates 135,186.8 m2 of residential land in which: + Adjacent residential land is 65,064.9 m2 (corresponding to 581 lots) of which 330 units are expected to be built. + Villa land is 35,375.3 m2 (corresponding to 191 lots) of which 17 villas are expected to be built rough. + Land for resettlement of 6,558.2 m2 (corresponding to 65 lots) and 28,188.4 m2 of land for social housing development
Investment duration and schedule: Project operation duration: 50 years from the date when the investor receives a decision on land allocation or land lease by a competent authority. + Project implementation schedule: 05 years from the date of decision on approving the investment policy
