Our company intends to rent a office and living space in Buon Me Thuot city, Dak Lak province, Vietnam. We hereby explain our inquiry as follows.
我司拟在越南得乐省邦美蜀市租赁办公室一处，现将需求说明如下。
1. Location地点
Buon Me Thuot city, Dak Lak province, Vietnam
越南得乐省邦美蜀市。
2. Term租赁周期
Expected from Jul. 1st, 2024, and the period is 1 year tentatively.
预计自2024年7月1日起租，租赁期暂定1年。
3. Area面积
Area: about 450-600 sqm of Single-layer use area (To meet the needs of office living space for about 20 people and more).
单层使用面积约450-600 m2。（满足约20人及以上办公生活场地使用需求）。
4. Quality requirements质量要求
Quality requirements: Convenient transportation, good security, room decoration (non-mandatory). Water and electricity, air conditioning, lighting, sanitary ware, bathing and other facilities are improved. The accommodation room should be equipped with basic living facilities such as bedstead, bed mattress, curtain, desk and chair, etc.
交通便利，安保性好，房间已有装修（非强制要求）。水电、空调、照明、卫生、洗浴等设施完善。住宿房间应配置床架、床垫、桌椅等基本生活设施。
5. Quotation letter requirements报价函要求
Quotation letter should include: the location of the house, the area, ancillary facilities and services (such as water and electricity charges, internet charges, cable TV fees and cleaning, security, maintenance and other service fees), available rental date, period, price, etc.
报价函应包括：位置、面积、附属设施及服务（如水电费、网费、有线电视费以及保洁、安保、维修等服务费用），可以起租日期、周期，价格等内容。
6. Contract signing and payment合同签订及费用支付
This contract will be directly signed and paid by KRONGBUK NEW ENERGY INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED, and the rent will be paid once every six months or each year.
本合同将由越南得乐科荣布新能源投资有限责任公司与中标人直接签订并支付租金，租金每半年或每年支付一次。
7. Taxes税费
The quotation should include relevant taxes.
报价应包含相关税费。
8. Method of Bid Opening开标方式
This bid opening will be centralized. Potential suppliers need to send encrypted files and send the passwords to the following mobile numbers between 9:00-10:00 AM on June 21, 2024.
本次开标为集中开标，潜在供方需要发送加密文件，并于2024年6月21日9:00-10:00AM发送密码至下列手机号码。
