Công ty TNHH Cảng Quốc tế TIL Cảng Hải Phòng (HTIT) trân trọng mời Quý Công ty bày tỏ quan tâm tham gia đấu thầu gói mua sắm và cung cấp nhiên liệu Diesel và xăng các loại cho HTIT trong năm 2027.
Haiphong Port TIL International Terminal Company Limited (HTIT) invites your company to express interest in participating in the tender for the procurement and supply of diesel fuel and gasoline to HTIT in 2027.
Thư mời này nhằm khảo sát và đánh giá sơ bộ năng lực các nhà cung cấp tiềm năng, làm cơ sở để HTIT lập danh sách nhà cung cấp đủ điều kiện tham gia quy trình đấu thầu lựa chọn nhà cung cấp nhiên liệu năm 2027.
This invitation aims to identify potential suppliers and preliminarily assess their capabilities, providing a basis for HTIT to shortlist qualified suppliers for the 2027 fuel supply tender process.
Địa điểm thực hiện: Bến số 3 và 4 Cảng nước sâu Lạch Huyện, khu phố Đôn Lương, đặc khu Cát Hải, thành phố Hải Phòng, Việt Nam.
Location: Berths No. 3 and 4, Lach Huyen Deep-Sea Port, Don Luong Quarter, Cat Hai Special Zone, Hai Phong City, Vietnam.

Quý Công ty quan tâm vui lòng gửi các tài liệu sau:
Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following documents:
1) Hồ sơ năng lực công ty, giới thiệu thông tin doanh nghiệp, lĩnh vực hoạt động và kinh nghiệm cung cấp nhiên liệu.
A company profile outlining corporate information, business activities and experience in fuel supply.
2) Hồ sơ pháp lý, gồm: giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp và các giấy phép, chứng nhận liên quan đến hoạt động cung cấp nhiên liệu của Quý Công ty.
Legal documents, including the enterprise registration certificate and licences and certificates relevant to your company’s fuel supply activities.
3) Báo cáo tài chính được kiểm toán 03 năm gần nhất (2023, 2024, 2025)
Audited Financial Statements for the latest three (03) fiscal years (2023, 2024, and 2025).
4) Danh sách hợp đồng tương tự đã thực hiện, kèm tài liệu minh chứng phù hợp; có thể che thông tin bảo mật.
A list of customers or similar contracts performed, with appropriate supporting documents; confidential information may be redacted.
5) Thông tin về năng lực cung ứng, gồm nguồn cung, hệ thống kho bãi, phương tiện vận chuyển và phương thức giao nhận dự kiến.
Information on supply capabilities, including fuel sources, storage facilities, transport vehicles and proposed delivery arrangements.
6) Thông tin đầu mối liên hệ phục vụ trao đổi và làm rõ hồ sơ.
Contact details for correspondence and clarification of the submitted documents.

Submission of an expression of interest does not constitute a commitment by HTIT to invite the supplier to tender, select the supplier or award a contract.
