Giới thiệu tổng quát về quy mô Công ty/ General Overview of Company Scale HTIT là một trong những cảng nước sâu hiện đại tại khu vực phía Bắc Việt Nam, nằm tại bến số 3 & 4, Cảng Lạch Huyện, đặc khu Cát Hải, thành phố Hải Phòng. Với vị trí chiến lược và cơ sở hạ tầng tiên tiến, HTIT đóng vai trò quan trọng trong chuỗi logistics quốc tế. HTIT is one of the most modern deep-water ports in Northern Vietnam, located at Berths No. 3 & 4 of Lach Huyen Port, Cat Hai Special Zone, Hai Phong City. With its strategic location and advanced infrastructure, HTIT plays an important role in the international logistics chain. Quy mô/ Scale HTIT được quy hoạch với quy mô lớn, sở hữu cầu bến nước sâu và hệ thống thiết bị hiện đại, đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn khai thác container quốc tế. Trang bị đồng bộ từ cẩu giàn, cẩu RTG đến đội xe đầu kéo và thiết bị nâng hạ, cảng đảm bảo vận hành hiệu quả và an toàn. HTIT is designed on a large scale, featuring deep-water berths and state-of-the-art equipment that meet international container handling standards. Equipped with modern quay cranes, RTG cranes, and a synchronized fleet of prime movers and lifting gear, the port ensures efficient and safe operations. |

Mô tả hàng hoá dịch vụ cần cung cấp/ Description of the goods/services to be provided Để đảm bảo an toàn và hiệu quả cho hoạt động lai dắt tàu container và tàu hàng tại khu vực cảng HTIT, chúng tôi có nhu cầu thuê doanh nghiệp cung cấp dịch vụ lai dắt bằng tàu lai, thực hiện theo yêu cầu của hãng tàu và tuân thủ nội quy cảng biển Hải Phòng do Cảng vụ Hàng hải ban hành. Nhà cung cấp phải đảm bảo có đầy đủ trang thiết bị và nhân lực phù hợp theo các quy định hiện hành. To ensure safety and efficiency in towing operations for container vessels and cargo ships at the HTIT port area, we seek to engage a qualified company to provide tugboat towage services in accordance with the requirements of the Shipping Line and in accordance with the Hai Phong Seaport Regulation issued by the Haiphong Maritime Port Authority. The service provider must have adequate equipment and personnel in accordance with applicable regulations. |

Yêu cầu đối với nhà cung cấp/ Requirements for Supplier Nhà cung cấp quan tâm cần đáp ứng các điều kiện sau: Interested suppliers must meet the following requirements: 2.1. Tư cách pháp lý/ Legal Status: - Có giấy phép kinh doanh hợp pháp với lĩnh vực cung cấp dịch vụ/hàng hóa. Possess a valid business license relevant to the scope of services or goods. 2.2. Kinh nghiệm và năng lực thực hiện/ Experience & Performance Capability: - Đã thực hiện tối thiểu 01 hợp đồng tương tự về quy mô và tính chất trong vòng 03 năm gần nhất. Successfully completed at least one similar contract in scale and nature within the last 3 years. |
