Vietnam Improving Private Sector Competitiveness Project (IPSC) ("Deloitte") in support of the USAID Improving Private Sector Competitiveness (IPSC) invites your organization to submit a Technical and Cost Proposal in support of the "Assessing Pioneering Enterprises (PES) through Screening, Business Profiling and Conducting Diagnostic Assessment" activity. The detailed description of services required is included in Enclosure 2 - Scope of Work (SOW). Proposal procedures and instructions are enclosed and made a part of this request.
