Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Investment in construction and business of the Urban housing development project in Phu Xuan commune, Thai Binh city according to the planning approved by competent authorities, in compliance with the provisions of the law on investment, land, housing, real estate business and other relevant regulations.
Investment duration and schedule: Complete construction of technical infrastructure works and low-rise housing, high-rise apartment buildings (including commercial and social housing): Within sixty (60) months - Time for sales and completing procedures for granting a certificate of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets to buyers is extended by twelve (12) months. - Time for sales and completing procedures for granting Certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets to buyers of social housing apartments (for the area used for lease) is extended for another seventy-two (72) months - Completing, reporting on project completion and handing over technical infrastructure works to Thai Binh City People's Committee: Six (06) months
