Project's investment objectives: To implement Program, Housing development and planing in Thai Binh province, Housing development plan in Thai Binh city; - Concretize the detailed planning of 1/500 scale of the Residential area in the East of Vo Nguyen Giap road, Hoang Dieu ward, Thai Binh province; - Connect technical infrastructure and architectural spaces with the surrounding area; Structuralize urban residential area synchronising with technical infrastructure and social infrastructure

Scale of the project investment: 1. Total land area of the whole project is: 306.555,1 m2; 2. Population size: about 4.677 people. 3. Construction density: 35,1%. 4. Land use factor: 1,8 times 5. Number of housing types: - The total number of low-rise houses is: 716 units, of which: + Adjacent houses: 632 units, maximum height of 5 floors; + Villa houses: 84 units, maximum height of 3 floors. - High rise commercial apartment: Max height 35 floors; 6. Parking lot: At the houses of households; At the parking area of high-rise residential areas. 7. Technical infrastructure works: standards and detailed planning approved by the Government. After the construction is completed, the project investor is responsible for handing it over to the local government for management. 8. Social infrastructure works: Social infrastructure works invested by local governments or called on investors to make investments according to regulations

Summary of the basic requirements of the project: The investor ensures to invest in the project according to the detailed planning of 1/500 scale of the residential area in the east of Vo Nguyen Giap street, Hoang Dieu Ward, Thai Binh city approved by the Provincial People's Committee at Decision No. 1429/QD-UBND dated May 18, 2020; To ensure timely progress, comply with regulations and meet the requirements for housing construction projects in accordance with the law on housing; construction standards, regulations and quality; strictly comply with requirements on fire prevention and fighting; work safety... To complete financial obligations to the state as well as comply with relevant laws

Investment duration and schedule: Construction of technical infrastructure works: Thirty-six (36) months from the date of land allocation in the field; Housing construction: Thirty-six (36) months from the date of completion of infrastructure investment; Completing, reporting on project completion and handing over technical infrastructure works to Thai Binh City People's Committee: Six (06) months
