Project's investment objectives: Concretizing the approved 1/500 detailed construction planning, create a land fund for housing development for the people, accelerate the urbanization Thanh Hoa city; increase the efficiency of land use, generate revenue for the goverment budget
Scale of the project investment: Synchronously and completely invest in technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, housing and other works according to the approved detailed construction planning of the project (Decision No. 1122/QD-UBND dated March 31, 2020 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee), including: - Invest in complete constructions of technical infrastructure for a land area of about 234,204 m2 (ground leveling, roads, parking lots, water supply - drainage, electricity supply, lighting, green parks, firefighting & prevention, waste water treatment area). - Invest in complete constructions of cultural houses and kindergartens. - Invest in complete constructions commercial service works (DVTM-01, 02). - Invest in the rough part and finish the facade of townhouses and villas (excluding 24 residential land lots for resettlement, in particular: land lots at TDC-02, land lots from Lot No. 08 to Lot No. 17 at TDC-06)

Compensation, support and resettlement expense: VND 41.781.000.000
Summary of the basic requirements of the project: The investor is responsible for synchronously investing in works according to the approved detailed planning of the project, including the items as stated in scale of the project investment section.
Investment duration and schedule: Project operation term: 50 years (starting from the date on which the investor is granted the decision on land allocation, land lease decision, decision on change of land use purpose); the entity who purchases residential land use rights or houses (including houses and residential land use rights) is entitled for the stable and long-term land use in accordance with the land law. - Project investment progress: Not more than 05 years (from the date of investor selection result approval or investor approval); Expected: from the first quarter of 2022 to the fourth quarter of 2026
Project location: Located in Quang Hung and Quang Phu wards, Thanh Hoa city; the scope and boundaries are specifically as follows: - The Northeast borders on South Avenue of Ma river; - The Southwest borders the current residential area; - The Southeast borders the ring road No. 3 of Thanh Hoa city according to the planning; - The Northwest borders the current residential area and traffic roads according to the planning
